If your child is regularly waking up ready to go for the day before 6:00am, then the modules in this E-course will help you figure out why this is happening so you can get your child sleeping later in the morning! *If your child is waking after 6:00am, and you'd just prefer a later wake-up time, then this may be possible. However, it's important to note that, biologically speaking, anytime after 6:00am is a normal and appropriate time to wake for the day, and is not considered an "early morning waking". Therefore, I cannot guarantee that this course will make much of a difference. But, it certainly won't hurt to try and see!
