If you answered yes to any of these questions, then it's time to take back control and win this bedtime battle! This course will help you overcome bedtime battles by teaching you the reasons these issues happen and how to solve them. It includes background information, applicable tips and tricks, schedule help, training techniques, and more! The course is a mixture of audio and text segments, as well as printable graphics, to give you a clear understanding and direction forward. You'll receive immediate and life-long access to the course as soon as you join. It is self-paced, so you can complete it in whatever way best suits you! *The intended age for this course is 2-5 years old. It is NOT a full sleep training plan. It is meant only to solve the issues that affect a child's bedtime routine through falling asleep. If your child has any additional sleep issues beyond the bedtime battle (night wakings, early mornings, co-sleeping transition, etc.) then a 1:1 customized sleep plan would be your best bet to solving all of the issues you're having.
